Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, or related HR leadership.
• Experience designing compensation structures, salary bands, incentive programs, and job architecture.
• Strong knowledge of benefits strategy, administration, and vendor management.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and executive presentation skills.
• Professional certifications such as CCP, CEBS, CBP, or GRP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Total Rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, incentive, recognition, and wellness programs.
• Design and enhance salary structures, job architecture, market pricing, and annual compensation planning.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and executives to align Total Rewards with business objectives.
• Oversee benefits strategy and vendor partnerships while balancing employee experience, compliance, and cost.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and analytics to provide workforce insights for strategic decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing innovative programs and strengthening governance.
