Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in total rewards, compensation, benefits and/or recognition program management.
• Certification in CCP/CEBS/SHRM-CP/PHR preferred.
• Experience with HRIS platforms like Banner or Cornerstone is a plus.
• Excel and data visualization proficiency required.

• Develop, implement, and administer total rewards programs including compensation and benefits.
• Enhance engagement, retention, and satisfaction through recognition programs.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs; support annual planning.
• Serve as primary contact for new hire benefits orientation.
• Collaborate with payroll, HRIS, and vendors to maintain records and drive improvements.
• Create communications materials for rewards programs.
