Job summary

SeekWell, the parent company of 1-800 Contacts, Luna, and The Framery, seeks a Compensation Analyst to drive market-based pay structures and equitable policies. You will analyze data, lead merit processes, and partner with HR to implement status or role changes while ensuring data integrity across HRIS.

You will use market intelligence to shape compensation programs, prepare reports, and support benefit analyses. A detail-oriented, communicative professional with 3+ years in HR is ideal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the Human Resources field with understanding of compensation practices and laws
• Proven ability to compile, analyze, and interpret data using spreadsheets (Excel incl. v-lookups, pivots)
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with accurate data delivery
• Ability to work independently and set short- and long-term objectives
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Discretion handling confidential information

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analyses to position all jobs relative to market data
• Provide salary recommendations for postings, offers, and adjustments
• Determine appropriate compensation structure per position using market intel
• Offer insights on trends in compensation programs and recommend alignments
• Manage annual merit review process, including data validation and reporting
• Collaborate with HR Partners to implement changes to employee status or roles
• Analyze compensation programs and suggest improvements
• Ensure job classifications align with FLSA guidelines
• Educate employees and leaders on internal compensation philosophy
• Contribute data to annual salary and benefits surveys
• Assess benefits programs for competitiveness and cost-effectiveness
• Participate in compensation and benefits initiatives or projects
• Develop project plans with tools, schedule, milestones, and deliverables
• Interpret market data in relation to positions and org structure
• Audit HRIS data for accuracy and integrity
• Document and correct issues as identified
