SeekWell is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage compensation analyses and merit review processes across the organization. You will collaborate closely with HR on adjustments, survey results, and compensation projects to ensure equity and market competitiveness.

Key responsibilities include analyzing market data for pay decisions, ensuring FLSA compliance, and supporting compensation initiatives with strong data and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR experience with strong Excel and data skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• HRIS and salary survey experience preferred.
