This role leverages strong analytical skills and expertise in benefits, retirement, and pay practices to deliver insights, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of progressive experience in total rewards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze total rewards programs (compensation, benefits, retirement, leave) for competitiveness and cost effectiveness.
• Prepare actionable reports, dashboards, and models for leadership and communications.
• Coordinate with vendors (stock plans, surveys, benefit carriers, consultants) and manage SLAs and contracts.
• Support annual total rewards cycles (merit reviews, open enrollment, post-cycle analysis).
• Assist with plan design, market data analysis, and pay equity reviews.
