Helmerich & Payne is seeking a Compensation Analyst, Senior to design, analyze, implement, and optimize total rewards programs. You will leverage strong analytics and compensation expertise to deliver data-driven insights, support regulatory compliance, and improve program effectiveness.

The role is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma and is on-site with collaboration across HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and Communications.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or finance.
4–7 years of progressive experience in total rewards.
Knowledge of benefit plans, ERISA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125 and related regulations.
Advanced Excel; familiarity with AI tools; Workday preferred.
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

Analyze total rewards programs (compensation, benefits, retirement, leave) for competitiveness and cost impact.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and models for leadership and communications.
Coordinate with vendors: stock plans, survey partners, benefits carriers, recordkeepers; monitor SLAs and contracts.
Collaborate with external vendors on plan design, RFPs, and performance management.
Support annual total rewards cycles: merit reviews, open enrollment, post-cycle analysis.
