You will deliver data-driven insights to leadership and help ensure regulatory compliance across ERISA, 401(k), and health and welfare plans. The role collaborates with HR, Finance, and vendors, maintains accurate HRIS data, builds dashboards, supports annual merit and incentive cycles, and champions process improvements to improve pay equity and plan

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 4–7 years of total rewards experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with ERISA, benefits design, and compensation programs.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze total rewards programs to evaluate competitiveness and cost.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and models for leadership communications.
• Coordinate with vendors and benefits providers; manage SLAs and contracts.
• Support annual merit reviews, incentive planning, and open enrollment cycles.
• Model pay structures and perform market data analyses to inform design changes.
• Ensure regulatory reporting and documentation for fiduciary responsibilities.
