Qualifications

• Respond to line calls and line-down issues related to torque.
• Develop and maintain internal torque requirements at systems level.

• Provide main support for troubleshooting tooling issues across torque tool models.
• Assist with line calls and line-down issues related to torque tooling and quality.
• Develop, maintain, and improve torque requirements at a systems level.
• Monitor KPIs and ACT indicators driving torque department performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize workflow and processes.
• Lead teams to address torque-related issues using problem-solving methods.
• Create torque-specific documentation: standardized work, training materials.
