Job summary

International Motors is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at our San Antonio Truck Specialty Center to lead tooling developments, data collection, and launch activities. You will collaborate with shop floor technicians and application engineers to optimize processes for custom vehicle builds.

You will drive tooling specifications, cost estimates, and process standards while coordinating multiple projects across departments to ensure on-time launches and sustained manufacturing readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of product manufacturing experience.
• Master's degree and no experience
• At least 3 years of product manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains work instructions and operation sequences.
• Coordinate release of new truck customization and tooling.
• Estimate manufacturing cost and determine process standards.
• Maintain records and reporting systems for manufacturing operations.
• Procure tooling and implement tools for customization launches.
