Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Boulder, CO seeks an Industrial Security Analyst Level 3 to manage comprehensive security operations onsite. The role requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI access and extensive DoD/SAP/SCIF experience.

Your responsibilities include overseeing SCIF/SAPF programs, implementing security policies, and coordinating with program management, engineering and government customers to ensure compliance and effective risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI access is required for this role.
• Knowledge of CFR 32 part 117 NISPOM, ICD directives and DoD security manuals is essential.
• Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) experience in a SCIF/SAPF environment is must have.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CSSO and provide security oversight of restricted programs.
• Manage security operations across SAP/SCI, PERSEC, PHYSSEC, COMSEC and OPSEC.
• Ensure compliance with DoD/IC security requirements and program SCG/SCG updates.
• Develop and deliver security education, training and awareness for personnel.
• Lead investigations and report incidents to appropriate authorities.
