Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst - Level 3 to support critical national and global missions at Schriever Space Force Base, CO. This 100% onsite role focuses on building secure programs for classified materials and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead security education, implement ICD 705/NISPOM requirements, and collaborate with internal and external customers to sustain secure operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience in security.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years is acceptable; PhD with 1 year also considered.
• Experience with classified industrial security programs and government regulations.
• Active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance required with ability to obtain poly.

Responsibilities

• Manage destruction, security education and awareness, compliance, and relationships with customers.
• Develop and administer security programs for classified materials and equipment.
• Apply multi-disciplined security program knowledge (access control, personnel security, physical security, OPSEC).
• Study and implement federal security regulations for company operations.
• Obtain rulings and interpretations for regulatory compliance from government agencies.
• Prepare manuals and procedures for handling, storing, and granting access to restricted materials.
• Conduct security education classes and briefings.
• Investigate security violations and propose preventive actions.
• Apply knowledge of ICD 705 and NISPOM; perform other duties as assigned.
