Job summary

The position is 100% onsite with a focus on DoD security compliance, audits, and training. A strong knowledge of DoD manuals and SCG guidance is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years professional experience OR Master’s with 3+ years, or equivalent
• Active U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Experience with CFR 32/ICD/DoD manuals and related security requirements
• CSSO experience in SCIF or SAPF environments
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with security databases and government systems

Responsibilities

• Serve as CSSO, overseeing restricted programs
• Support fast-paced, high-visibility programs with proactive security guidance
• Build relationships with program management, engineering, contracts and customers
• Manage security operations across SCIF, SAPF, PHYSEC, COMSEC, PERSEC, OPSEC
• Ensure compliance with DoD and contractual security requirements
• Develop and deliver security trainings and briefings
