Job summary

Northrop Grumman invites a highly skilled Industrial Security Analyst – Level 3 to join our Space Sector in Englewood, CO. This 100% onsite role focuses on CPSO duties, security compliance, and program security operations across DoD, SAP, and SCI disciplines.

The candidate will administer security programs for classified materials, coordinate with government agencies, and lead security education initiatives while ensuring adherence to DoD manuals and ICDs. A Top-Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience or Master’s with 3 years.
• Active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret clearance at time of application, with ability to obtain SAP/SCI approvals.
• Knowledge of CFR 32 part 117 (NISPOM) and related DoD directives.
• Experience with desktop computer and Microsoft Office products.
• Polygraph consent and successful polygraph examination required.

Responsibilities

• Support a fast-paced, high-profile program and maintain relationships with internal/external customers.
• Study and implement security policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Obtain rulings/interpretations for compliance from government agencies.
• Manage security compliance across SCIF/SAPF, PHYSEC, COMSEC, PERSEC, OPSEC, and related areas.
• Develop and implement a security education/awareness program.
