Job summary

Tata Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior ALM Tool Support Engineer (Lead/SME) to manage, support, and optimize enterprise ALM platforms including Polarion, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, JFrog Artifactory, SVN, Perforce, and MATLAB toolchain.

The role includes L2/L3 support, governance, integrations, reporting, and leading a support team while ensuring alignment with SDLC, Agile, and DevOps processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Polarion, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Artifactory, SVN, and Perforce.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and root cause analysis.
• Manage tool integrations, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure workflows, permissions, projects, and templates.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and SLA metrics.
• Drive ALM governance, compliance, and process improvements.
• Lead and mentor ALM support engineers.
• Support ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434 compliance activities.

Preferred Skills

• Embedded Systems or Automotive domain experience.
