AptarGroup, Inc. seeks a Senior Industrialization Engineer, Tooling to lead complex cross-functional projects ensuring manufacturability of new products and successful launches. Location is Mukwonago, WI with travel as needed.

Responsibilities include leading manufacturability reviews, equipment strategies, FAT/SAT, and ensuring safety standards. The role emphasizes mentoring engineers and collaborating with suppliers and sites to deliver robust processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Advanced technical degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
• Significant experience in industrialization, manufacturing engineering, or tooling.
• Proven ability to lead equipment installations and product launches.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional manufacturability reviews and drive recommendations to improve product/process robustness.
• Develop equipment and process strategies; translate product needs into robust technical specs.
• Plan and lead FAT, SAT, process trials, equipment qualification, and site acceptance activities.
• Ensure safety standards; lead risk identification and resolution through installation and production launch.
• Establish capable, repeatable manufacturing processes using data analysis and TPM.
• Structure solutions to complex problems; manage risks and resources across teams.
• Lead industrialization on moderate-to-high complexity projects with new tech and multiple suppliers.
• Represent Industrialization in project and leadership discussions; communicate decisions and risks.
• Teach and mentor engineers; capture lessons learned to strengthen capability.
