Job summary

Aptar is seeking a Senior Industrialization Engineer to lead cross-functional manufacturability reviews and drive robust product launches. You will shape equipment strategies, coordinate supplier activities, and manage trials and qualifications across sites.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in injection molding, automation, and process capability, plus strong project management and communication skills to collaborate with customers and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Manufacturing, Plastics, Mechanical, or related field).
• Significant experience in industrialization, manufacturing engineering, or tooling.
• Advanced knowledge of injection mold design, automation, and process capability.
• Strong project management and supplier management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional manufacturability reviews and drive improvements for product and process robustness.
• Develop equipment and process strategies, translate product needs into robust technical specs, and lead supplier selection.
• Plan FAT, SAT, trials, equipment qualification, and site acceptance activities to meet launch criteria.
• Ensure safety standards compliance and manage risk through installation, transfer, and production launches.
• Establish repeatable manufacturing processes using data analysis, TPM, and value stream engineering principles.
• Mentor engineers, introduce improved methods, and document lessons learned.
