Job summary

The role requires 2–8 years in equipment engineering and a Bachelor's in Engineering. You will collaborate across production, engineering, and suppliers, with travel and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of experience in equipment engineering.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• AutoCAD 2D & 3D, SolidWorks.
• Presenting, written communication, organizational skills.
• Ability to convey manufacturing concepts, read engineering designs, manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead tool budget creation, control, and analysis to evaluate cutting tool budget.
• Coordinate daily engineering support troubleshooting tooling problems to meet quality, cost and delivery targets; develop tools and tool drawings.
• Perform and coordinate tool analysis to improve running characteristics (SEQDCM).
• Coordinate development of cutting tools, holders, and machining processes for new models and technology implementation.
• Support line-side trial runs during tool tests to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Lead meetings and negotiate with customers and suppliers at all levels.
