Kimber America is looking for a highly motivated Senior Tool Maker in Troy, Alabama. This role involves providing technical leadership, supporting engineering teams, and mentoring personnel in the Tool Room.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of tool room experience, strong manual and CNC machining skills, and proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings. Responsibilities include leading tooling projects and ensuring quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The position requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Qualificações
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a tool room environment.
- Experience with manual machining, CNC setup, and programming.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Responsabilidades
- Lead fabrication and maintenance of tooling and fixtures.
- Serve as technical authority on tooling and gages.
- Mentor toolroom personnel on best practices.
