Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in machining or related mechanical field preferred.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
• 5S knowledge and experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC equipment (mills, lathes, CNCs, screw machines) to meet run rates and part tolerances.
• Perform First Piece Inspection and ongoing quality checks.
• Develop and follow standard work, setup sheets, and production procedures.
• Troubleshoot tooling, fixture, and code issues and implement corrective actions.
