As a key member of the Project Execution Team, the Tool Install Manager will lead the planning and execution of complex semiconductor tool installation programs. Depending on project scope, this role may function as an individual contributor or a people leader. Success in this position requires strong collaboration with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and on‑time project delivery. The Tool Install Manager will oversee programs with annual expenditures ranging from $500M to $1B and manage contractor workforces of 2,000 to 6,000 contingent workers, including general contractors, architecture and engineering firms, and specialized trade partners. Reporting to the Director of Construction, this position supports day‑to‑day operations across Intel's Virtual Factory portfolio and is accountable for project execution, supplier management, schedule performance, budget controls, and overall program success without disrupting factory operations. This role will drive continuous improvements in tool installation capabilities, productivity, agility, supplier performance, workforce development, and construction execution strategies.

Domestic and international travel may be required to support site constraints, scheduling challenges, task force leadership, and temporary assignments supporting technology development or business‑critical operational needs.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, plus 9+ years of leadership experience in one or more of the following: Tool Install Management Design Management Engineering Management Construction Management Module Management with direct experience supporting semiconductor factory tool installation ramps. OR 12+ years of demonstrated strategic leadership or program management experience in large‑scale construction, semiconductor tool installation, or qualification programs in lieu of a degree. Preferred Qualifications MBA or PhD with expertise in Program Management and Tool Install/Qualification ramp execution. Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle. Knowledge of semiconductor facility systems and operations. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience leading.
