Job summary

Intel Corporation in Phoenix, Arizona seeks an Install Qualification Operation Specialist to drive tool installation and qualification milestones across the fab site. You will collaborate with manufacturing, design, construction, OEMs, and suppliers to ensure safe delivery and compliant, timely readiness.

The role requires onsite five days a week, strong project management, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable schedules with emphasis on safety and process readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business or related field with 3+ years PM or tool-owner experience.
• Associate's Degree related to semiconductor manufacturing with 5+ years PM or tool-owner experience.
• 7+ years of PM experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead tool install milestones including set, rigging, placement, hook up, energization and qualification.
• Coordinate cross-functional design reviews with CIT, TICE, Layout and OEMs to align tool specs.
• Manage supplier and vendor coordination to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Drive lean planning and shrink DCNs/DCRs to minimize delays and changes.
