Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Sr. Tool and Gage Maker for 1st shift at our North Berwick, ME facility. You will read blueprints, perform tool and gauge fabrication, and set up precision equipment on lathes, Bridgeport's, and surface grinders. Strong shop math, careful measurements, and adherence to safety are essential.

You will document work, calibrate instruments, and support internal/external customers with technical guidance while following tool procedures and SAP transactions.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience or 3+ years with certificate/degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual machines and lathes to make tools and gauges.
• Read blueprints, sketches, and drawings to fabricate and calibrate tooling.
• Set up and calibrate fixtures and gages to specifications.
• Maintain safe work practices and use precision measuring equipment.
