Job summary

ARaymond is seeking a Tool & Die Technician to maintain, rework, and fabricate dies and tools for production needs. You will perform die changeovers, ensure tooling meets specifications, and support cross-functional teams in tooling design reviews and project updates.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years’ experience with dies, knowledge of blueprints, and a solid grasp of metals and manufacturing processes, with adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience working with and troubleshooting dies.
• Technical certification, apprenticeship, or vocational training in Tool & Die, Machining, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements and the ability to follow applicable procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing dies and perform die changeovers to support production requirements.
• Fabricate, modify, repair, and refurbish dies, tools, and related equipment to meet production specifications.
• Collaborate with Tool Room, Production, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to address tooling needs and resolve issues.
• Attend tooling design reviews, print reviews, and project overview meetings.
• Plan and lay out work using models, blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Demonstrate knowledge of metals, alloys, and manufacturing methods.
