Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience working with and troubleshooting dies.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and other die documentation.
• Experience operating standard and specialized tool room equipment.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing dies and perform die changeovers to support production.
• Fabricate, modify, repair, and refurbish dies, tools, and related equipment.
• Collaborate with Tool Room, Production, Engineering, Quality to address tooling needs.
• Plan and lay out work using models, blueprints, drawings, and specs.
• Diagnose tooling issues and ensure parts meet dimensions and tolerances.
• Maintain documentation: logbooks, repair records, drawings updates.
• Adhere to 5S, safety and environmental guidelines; support continuous improvement.
