Job summary

ARaymond Network is seeking a Tool & Die Technician to maintain, rework, and fabricate dies and tooling for production. The role involves die changeovers, collaboration with multiple departments, and participation in tooling design reviews and 5S/CI initiatives.

The candidate will read blueprints, select materials, and use precision measuring instruments to ensure tight tolerances and quality. Experience in tooling and die operations is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient troubleshooting of tool and die issues and repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving.
• Attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances.
• Team oriented, with good communication and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dies, perform changeovers to support production.
• Fabricate, modify, repair, and refurbish tooling per specs.
• Collaborate with Tool Room, Production, Engineering and Quality.
• Plan tooling pre‑planning and participate in reviews.
• Set up and service Tool Room equipment and maintain logbooks.
