ARaymond is seeking a Tool & Die Maker II to maintain, repair, and fabricate dies and tooling used in production. You will troubleshoot, perform changeovers, and support tooling improvement initiatives while developing journeyman-level skills.

You will read blueprints, operate grinders, drill presses, and milling machines, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve tooling concerns. 3–5 years of related experience is required.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of Tool & Die, machining, tool room, or related manufacturing experience required.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and repairing production dies and tooling.
• Experience operating manual tool room equipment and precision measurement devices.
• Technical certification, apprenticeship training, vocational education, or equivalent in Tool & Die, Machining, or related field preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment required.
• Working knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 systems preferred.

• Maintain, repair, modify, and perform changeovers of production dies and tooling.
• Troubleshoot tooling and die issues and implement corrective actions.
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble tooling components from blueprints or specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, CAD prints, and technical docs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and refurbishment on tooling and dies.
• Operate tool room equipment (grinders, drills, mills, die wash stations).
• Use precision measuring equipment to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Evaluate tooling wear and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Support tooling improvement projects and process improvements.
