La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a skilled Tool & Die Technician for our manufacturing facility. You will work on progressive dies, lathes and milling machines, and be responsible for building and repairing tooling to exact specifications.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience, read blueprints, interpret GD&T, and be proficient in AutoCAD and EDM equipment. High school diploma or trade certificate is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as Tool & Die Technician in manufacturing.
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings; GD&T knowledge essential.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; able to design, maintain and build gauges and dies.

Responsabilités

• Sharpen cutting tools and machine to precise diameters and threads.
• Operate lathes, milling machines and EDM machinery as required.
• Design, build and repair gauges, dies and tooling to specification.
• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair tooling and dies; read blueprints.
• Calibrate, set up and run machines and equipment; ensure quality.
• Break down and sharpen progressive dies for repair or rebuild.
