Job summary

Bosch Rexroth in the United States is seeking a seasoned project leader to manage internal resource allocations and cross-functional teams across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality and Sales. You will define work plans, balance workloads, and drive accountability to meet program objectives.

You will coordinate with Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, track milestones, manage changes, and lead Quality Gate reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management; PMP is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in discrete manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial technology.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution and cross‑functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, lead, and guide cross-functional project teams across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales.
• Define resource allocations, balance workloads, and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor schedules, milestones and delivery dates; ensure on-time customer delivery.
• Manage change requests; evaluate impacts and secure approvals.
• Lead Quality Gate governance and lessons-learned workshops.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
