Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC in Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to accelerate new model start-ups and drive continuous improvement across assembly lines. You will collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations to design scalable automation, improve product quality, and reduce costs.

Ideal candidates bring 4–7 years in manufacturing, strong project management, and hands-on experience with PLC/HMI/robot programming and vision systems to advance safety and efficiency on the factory

Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automated manufacturing systems.
Proven project management skills.
Analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities focused on manufacturing.
Understanding of manufacturing safety standards.

Responsibilities

Lead automation projects from concept through deployment and production support.
Develop new model assembly processes with automation and robotics.
Create and maintain project schedules and tracking.
Support preventive maintenance and lifecycle management of automation systems.
Generate corrective action plans for assigned projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on smart manufacturing solutions.
