Job summary

Accenture in Overland Park, Kansas, seeks a tolling technology leader with extensive program management experience. You'll drive modernization programs, including back-office platforms, roadside systems, and interoperability initiatives, coordinating architecture, engineering, and operations across multidisciplinary teams.

You will develop plans, manage budgets and risks, and partner with clients to deliver measurable outcomes in tolling and customer service platforms.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in tolling technology or related infrastructure tech.
5+ years leading tolling technology programs or PMOs in tolling/transport context.
Experience managing client stakeholders, cross-functional teams, budgets and schedules.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of tolling technology modernization programs from planning through implementation and transition.
Manage program governance, scope, schedule, budget, risks, and executive reporting.
Lead cross-functional teams across architecture, software engineering, operations, data analytics, and change management.
Develop delivery plans, roadmaps, and requirement specifications for phased implementations.
