Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of tolling technology and transportation systems experience.
• Minimum 8 years leading large-scale tolling modernization programs.
• Proven experience managing executive client relationships with senior public-sector leaders.
• Experience shaping business opportunities, proposals, or market growth initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if using an Associate's, require 6+ years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth and expansion of Accenture’s tolling technology portfolio across North America.
• Develop executive relationships with tolling agencies and transportation authorities.
• Originate, shape, and support closure of strategic tolling technology opportunities.
• Serve as an executive sponsor and delivery advisor for complex modernization programs.
• Lead and grow the tolling customer service technology practice within the portfolio.
• Shape technology offerings across back-office modernization, roadside and MLFF systems.
• Build reusable tolling technology assets and reference architectures.
• Collaborate across Strategy, Technology, Operations, Industry X, and partners to create integrated solutions.
• Lead industry thought leadership through client forums and conferences.
• Recruit and mentor tolling technology practitioners and strengthen succession planning.
