A tolling technology leader with deep expertise in electronic toll collection, back-office and roadside systems, multi-lane free-flow ( MLFF ) technology, interoperability frameworks, and large-scale tolling modernization. You understand how to help agencies and infrastructure operators deploy, integrate, and evolve complex tolling technology platforms while balancing operational performance, financial objectives, customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity considerations. You have led significant technology portfolios, built executive relationships with agencies and vendors, developed market growth strategies, and created high-performing delivery organizations. You are a trusted advisor who can shape complex technology opportunities, mobilize multidisciplinary engineering and consulting teams, and translate tolling industry challenges into practical, scalable solutions. You combine deep technical credibility, commercial acumen, and delivery discipline with a passion for advancing safer, more efficient, and revenue-optimized tolling operations.
