Job summary

North Tarrant Express seeks a senior technology leader to own the multi-year roadside technology roadmap across LBJ, NTE and NTE 35W TEXpress Lanes. You will drive lifecycle planning, assess obsolescence, and translate tech trends into capital planning input.

You will engage with toll system suppliers, benchmark the estate against peers, and represent the company in relevant industry forums, guiding strategic technology decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise architecture and IT systems accountability.
• Ability to own long-term technology roadmaps across multiple estates.
• Knowledge of tolling technology, sensing, imaging and connected vehicle concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year roadside technology roadmap for LBJ, NTE and NTE 35W TEXpress Lanes.
• Manage renewal sequencing and asset lifecycle for major roadside assets.
• Monitor electronic tolling developments and advise on adoption or monitoring.
• Represent the company in industry forums and benchmark technology position.
• Lead technical engagement with toll system suppliers and integrators.
