Ferrovial Construction seeks a seasoned Engineering leader based in the Dallas area to own the multi-year roadside technology roadmap across several toll corridors. The role collaborates with CIO/COO and Field Systems, ensuring technical excellence from design to operation.

You will evaluate supplier proposals, craft clear specifications, and guide end-to-end renewal projects. Responsibilities include governance, documentation, testing frameworks, and post-transfer support to steady-state

Competenze

Bachelors or master’s in engineering; equivalent experience accepted.
Hands-on knowledge of tolling systems and electronic tolling technology.
Proven ownership of technical specifications, test plans and formal system acceptance.

Mansioni

Own the multi-year roadside technology roadmap and renewal sequencing across specified toll corridors.
Lead technical evaluations of supplier proposals and craft unambiguous specifications and evaluation criteria.
Drive renewal projects end-to-end: concept, design, procurement, testing and acceptance; provide post-transfer technical support.
