Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Software Engineer to build and maintain backend services and onchain contracts for a fast-growing stablecoin platform. You will work with the Developer group to power issuance, reserves, minting, burning, and rewards distribution for partner programs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and delivering features each quarter, while maintaining high-quality, well-tested code and strong security practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining production backend services.
• Exposure to writing, testing, or deploying smart contracts (Solidity or similar).
• Familiarity with service-oriented architectures and systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend smart contract functionality for minting and safeguarding stablecoins, with senior engineers for design and security review.
• Implement backend services powering onboarding, issuance, reserve accounting, and rewards distribution.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to turn the stablecoin roadmap into shipped features quarterly.
• Develop reporting, monitoring, and internal tooling to improve reliability and operational excellence.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code across backend and smart contract surfaces.
