Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and operate back-end services that issue, custody, and settle tokenized equities on-chain across multiple blockchains. You will own technically complex projects end to end in a 24/7 system, with a focus on correctness and auditability.

The role requires expert backend skills, cloud-native architecture, and knowledge of blockchain fundamentals. You will collaborate with product, compliance, legal, and platform teams to translate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering large-scale distributed systems.
• Expertise in backend development with Go, Python, or Java and cloud-native tools.
• Strong focus on correctness, idempotency, reconciliation and failure modes.
• Experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical direction.
• Working knowledge of blockchain fundamentals: EVM, wallets, on-chain settlement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate backend services for tokenized equities across blockchains.
• Lead large, technically complex projects end to end with 24/7 reliability.
• Bridge traditional market infrastructure and on-chain systems (contracts, indexers, DEX flows).
• Collaborate with product, compliance, legal, and platform teams to translate regulatory constraints into design.
• Provide code reviews and mentorship to raise technical standards.
