Empire Title Services is seeking a Senior Title Processor / Closer for our Hollywood or Boca Raton office to manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing, coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, REALTORS, attorneys, and vendors to ensure accuracy and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Florida title processing and closing experience.
• Thorough understanding of the Florida residential real estate closing process.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients and transaction participants.
• Review contracts and identify title/closing requirements.
• Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, REALTORS to move files toward closing.
• Prepare Closing Disclosures and necessary closing documents.
• Balance numbers with lenders and confirm closing conditions.
