Aber AmeriTitle is seeking a Title Officer II in Bend, OR to lead advanced title examinations and resolve complex issues. You will produce accurate title reports and policies while mentoring junior staff and improving title operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed title examinations to identify defects and encumbrances.
• Analyze deeds, liens, easements, judgments, trusts and contracts.
• Handle complex title orders including commercial, default and REO.
• Plot and interpret all types of legal descriptions.
• Navigate back plant archives across counties.
• Prepare and record documents with county clerks as needed.
• Resolve title issues and ensure compliance with standards.
• Mentor junior title officers and assistants.
• Participate in quality control reviews and process improvements.
• Provide timely, professional responses to complex inquiries.
