Futura Title & Escrow is seeking a Title Officer II in Bend, Oregon to lead advanced title examinations and resolve complex issues. You will produce accurate title reports and policies while mentoring junior staff and contributing to the efficiency of our title operations.

The ideal candidate applies deep knowledge of title plant systems and tax records, with strong analytical and communication skills to provide timely responses to inquiries and ensure compliance with company standards.

Formación

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and title/escrow software systems.
• Experience in escrow, title, or real estate is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed examinations of property titles to identify defects and encumbrances.
• Analyze deeds, liens, easements, judgments, trusts, and contracts.
• Handle complex title orders including commercial, default, and REO.
• Plot and interpret legal descriptions (lot/block, sectional, metes and bounds).
• Navigate back plant archives across multiple counties.
• Prepare and record documents with county clerks as needed.
• Resolve title issues and ensure compliance with standards.
• Mentor and support junior title officers and assistants.
• Participate in quality control reviews and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide timely, professional responses to complex inquiries.
