Wealthy Recruiting is seeking a senior, relationship-driven producer to expand its title insurance and settlement services sales across NY/NJ. You bring an established network and a revenue-generating book of business, with full backend support from closing and operations teams to scale production.

This role emphasizes strategic client development, high-impact in-person meetings, and ongoing relationship management.

Qualifications

• Active title insurance license in NY and/or NJ.
• Proven experience in title insurance, escrow, or settlement services sales.
• Strong existing book of business or established referral network preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to independently generate revenue and close business.
• Deep understanding of residential and/or commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong, established relationships within real estate, lending, or legal communities preferred.
• Highly self-directed with the ability to operate in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A track record of consistent production and long-term client development.

Responsabilités

• Develop, manage, and expand a strong pipeline of title insurance and settlement service opportunities.
• Leverage established relationships with real estate attorneys, law firms, lenders, brokers, investors, and developers to generate referral-based business.
• Grow and maintain a personal book of business within NY/NJ territories.
• Drive new account acquisition across residential and commercial real estate markets.
• Conduct in-person meetings, networking events, presentations, and ongoing business development activities.
• Maintain and deepen long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate with internal closing and operations teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and referral sources to maintain a steady production flow.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings as needed.
• Stay current on state-specific title regulations, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements.
