Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years directly related title examination experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Tennessee title examination experience; multiple state licenses as required.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Examine chain of title for residential properties; may expand to commercial/industrial.
• Perform title examination of complex orders requiring high expertise.
• Abstract and analyze records (mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, vital statistics).
• Write title products from procedural guidelines.
• Provide underwriting interpretation within guidelines.
• Mentor less experienced team members; may have customer contact.
• Other duties as assigned.
