Job summary

Ardán is seeking a Sr. Title Sales Representative to drive revenue in an assigned territory by procuring title and escrow business from Real Estate Agents and Lenders.

The role emphasizes field-based relationship building, strategic prospecting, and delivering an exceptional client experience. The incumbent will develop market strategies, network at industry events, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate communications and timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in title/escrow or real estate preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales/marketing strategies to increase title/escrow business in territory.
• Build relationships with Real Estate Agents, Lenders, and professionals.
• Conduct strategic prospecting, meetings, presentations, events to generate new business.
• Participate in industry associations and events to raise market visibility.
• Serve as resource on title/escrow services, trends, and regulations.
• Use CRM to document activity, manage pipeline, and follow up with clients.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with internal escrow/ops teams to ensure exceptional client experience.
• Prepare forecasts, territory plans, and sales-related docs.
