Responsibilities

Perform thorough title reviews addressing ownership interests, liens, encumbrances, easements, and other title matters.
Develop detailed curative plans outlining defects, actions, and required documentation.
Investigate deeds, easements, mortgages, judgments, probate records, plats, and surveys.
Plan to resolve gaps, inconsistencies, and ownership issues.
Prepare organized title reports with supporting research and instruments.
