Job summary

Sjcchamber is seeking an experienced Senior Title Closer to join our team in Saint Augustine, Florida. This full-time, on-site role requires independent management of residential and/or commercial real estate transactions in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and a customer-service focus.

The position offers a salary range of $55,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Enjoy a collaborative team culture and comprehensive benefits including health and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of prior title company, title processing, real estate closing, and/or real estate law office experience.
• Prior experience in a similar Senior Title Closer, Closing Coordinator, and/or real estate closing role.
• Notary Public certification is required.
• Strong communication skills are a must.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential and/or commercial real estate transactions from opening through closing.
• Prepare and review closing documentation and settlement statements.
• Clear title and closing requirements.
• Conduct and/or assist with closings, notarizations, and document execution.
