Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct automotive title processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of title, registration, tax, and licensing regulations.
• Experience processing both in-state and out-of-state title transactions.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle title and registration transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle in-state and out-of-state title transfers, registrations, and licensing transactions.
• Resolve title discrepancies, duplicate title requests, and title corrections.
• Ensure compliance with title, tax, licensing, and registration requirements.
• Audit title packages and maintain organized records of completed and pending transactions.
• Communicate with customers, dealerships, lenders, vendors, and government agencies regarding title matters.
• Track title status, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

You will serve as a subject matter expert in title processing and help ensure accurate and timely completion of title transactions across the business.

What You'll Do

• Process vehicle title and registration transactions accurately and efficiently
