Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Landman, Division Order Analyst, or related oil and gas title role.
• Proven ability to analyze leases, title opinions, deeds, probate documents, and other title materials.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new computer applications and systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated professionalism in handling confidential owner and company information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for owner inquiries via phone and email related to lease terms, payments, and title requirements.
• Analyze curative and conveyance documents to support ownership updates in land records.
• Collaborate with Land, Legal, Accounting, and internal teams to support company objectives.
• Route inquiries to division title analysts for review and final ownership updates in the land system.
• Log inquiries, research, resolutions, and supporting documentation in workflow systems.
• Maintain data integrity and comply with SOX controls and processes.
