Qualifications

• Associate Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination accepted.
• Advanced Excel and data management skills are required.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and customer service skills are essential.
• High integrity, accuracy, and self-management are expected.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Enter, process, audit, and submit timecards accurately and timely.
• Resolve timekeeping discrepancies and adjustments.
• Provide guidance on timekeeping policies and system functionality.
• Develop and maintain training materials and resources on timekeeping procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and ensure payroll accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
• Support testing and implementation of new timekeeping processes.
