The Office of Business Administration is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a commitment to teamwork to join the Office of Physical Plant (OPP) Time and Attendance Department as a Time and Attendance Associate - Senior Support. The OPP Time and Attendance Office supports approximately 1,300 technical service employees at University Park and across the Commonwealth Campus Facilities Operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee time and attendance records while providing exceptional customer service and support to employees, supervisors, and managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and efficient entry, processing, auditing, and submission of timecards; resolving timekeeping discrepancies and adjustments; validating time, absence, holiday, overtime, and wage rate information; providing guidance on timekeeping policies and procedures; and collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements. This position offers a flexible work arrangement that combines remote and on-campus work. Questions related to flexible work should be directed to the hiring manager during the interview process.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $44,628.00 - $64,668.00.
