CACI is seeking a Tier 3 Network Engineer to support the ECS3 program across CONUS/OCONUS locations. The role focuses on design, transition, operations, and continual service improvement for LANs, CAN and Unified Communications, with leadership in complex problem resolution.

You will patch, upgrade IOS/software, develop SOPs, monitor performance, and drive network refresh initiatives, while coordinating with NOC and operations staff to ensure robust, secure enterprise services.

Qualifikationen

• High School/GED with 14+ years of experience, or Associate's with 12+ years, or Bachelor's with 10+ years, or Master's with 9+ years.
• Current IAT II level certification is required.
• Minimum TS/SCI clearance; polygraph sponsorship is possible.

Aufgaben

• Perform system patching and IAVA patches to routers and switches.
• Perform IOS and software upgrades.
• Create/review SOPs for network operations in KM system.
• Troubleshoot network failures and accessibility issues.
• Monitor network performance and develop capacity planning reports.
• Lead and coordinate network implementation and refresh projects.
• Provide leadership to the Network team and produce root cause analyses.
