You will oversee Tier 1 NOC, Tier 2 WAN/LAN, and Tier 3 WAN/LAN teams, driving standardization and reliable service delivery for complex government networks. This role requires DoD TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain it, CCNP or higher, ITIL Foundation, and deep expertise in Cisco routers/switches, firewalls, VPNs,

Qualificações

• DoD TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain.
• Experience leading multi-tier network ops (NOC/Tier3) on federal contracts.
• CCNP or higher certification.
• ITIL Foundation or ability to obtain within initial months.
• Expert WAN/LAN, VPN, firewalls, and wireless knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical manager for network engineering across multiple DSS task orders.
• Establish and enforce standards, SOPs, and runbooks for network design and support.
• Mentor staff through reviews and coaching to drive high performance.
• Coordinate with DHS stakeholders, program management, and government teams on issues and improvements.
